Recipe Name: Rosemary and Bay Baked Potato Ingredients: 4 medium to large Yellow Finn potaotes
4 Bay leaves, fresh or dried
8 Rosemary sprigs
4 pats of butter
Directions: Wash potatoes and cut V-notches into the middle of each potato
Place a bay leaf, 2 sprigs of rosemary and 1 pat of butter in each notch
Wrap potatoes in foil and bake until done
Remove bay leaf and rosemary and serve
